I am three months pregnant, and recently had a Pap smear. Recently though, I have developed small hard white bumps on the inside of my vagina. They do not hurt, or itch or anything, but their presence still concerns me. I am hoping it is normal to develop such bumps during pregnancy, but I do not know the true cause of them.
